Paddle with a Purpose: Rallying for a Cause Beyond the Court

At Onix Pickleball, we believe the game is about more than what happens between the lines. It’s about the people we play with, the communities we’re part of, and the difference we can make when we come together.

That’s why, for the sixth consecutive year, Onix is proud to donate $10,000 to the Indiana Women in Need (IWIN) Foundation, continuing our commitment to supporting breast cancer patients across Indiana.

The donation is part of Paddle with a Purpose, Onix’s annual initiative during Breast Cancer Awareness Month that turns our passion for pickleball into an opportunity to give back.

More Than a Pink Paddle

Every October, Onix goes pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, bringing our community together around a cause that reaches far beyond the court.

Throughout the month, players can shop a selection of pink Onix gear, including paddles, paddle covers, wristbands, bags, and more. To make it even easier to show your support, shipping is free on all orders throughout October, and pink accessories are 25% off all month long.

But this initiative has never been about simply putting a cause on a product. It’s about using the reach of our sport to help make someone’s journey a little easier.

IWIN provides practical, personalized support to Indiana residents undergoing breast cancer treatment. That can mean transportation to appointments, assistance with childcare, nutritious meals, or in-home care, resources that can make a meaningful difference when patients and their families are already facing so much.

Showing Up When It Matters

Breast cancer affects more than the person receiving a diagnosis. It impacts families, friends, coworkers, and entire communities.

For Onix, Paddle with a Purpose is one way we can show up.

Since 2000, IWIN has been a source of support for Indiana residents navigating breast cancer treatment. Each year, the organization helps approximately 800 to 900 individuals by providing assistance based on their most immediate needs and helping remove barriers to completing treatment.
